Chris Biggerstaff, DVM
Senior Clinician, Staff Surgeon
Dr. Chris Biggerstaff earned a B.S. degree from University of Nevada-Reno and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri in 1988. He began his career opening his own hospital in Rosamond, Ca and then purchased Quartz Hill Veterinary in 2004. Dr. Biggerstaff has a passion for orthopedic surgery and enjoys helping people through this conduit. In his spare time, Dr. Biggerstaff loves to spend time with his children, cook, fish and enjoy the ocean.
Debbie Spencer, DVM
Dr. Debbie Spencer developed her love for animals growing up in rural Missouri. She earned a B.S. in Animal Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Missouri. After graduation in 1988, her first job as a veterinarian was in Houston, Texas. She has been in Lancaster, California since 1989. Dr. Debbie became a veterinarian because she is passionate about helping people by helping their pets. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her two adult children. Dr. Debbie also loves to hike, participate in Spartan races and spend time serving the community with her registered therapy dog, Jethro.
Stephanie Morrow, DVM
Dr. Stephanie Morrow was born in the Antelope Valley and grew up in Leona Valley with a menagerie of cats, dogs and horses. She received an A.S. degree from Antelope Valley College and attended Cal State Northridge, then received a B.S. degree in Veterinary Science from U.C. Davis. She attended U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with a D.V.M. degree in 1996. After completing an internship in New Haven, Connecticut she moved back to California and started working at Quartz Hill Veterinary Clinic in 1998. Dr Morrow finds helping people and pets to be very satisfying and she enjoys the daily challenges of veterinary medicine. As a mostly stay at home mom, she enjoys raising her two children, gardening and cooking. She and her husband, who is an avid cyclist, often ride bicycles with their children.
